  We were scammed. Bobby tried to give my daughter the wrong dress, insisting that it was the right one, two days before her prom even though we'd ordered the dress nearly two months prior. He pretended to order a dress that he knew couldn't get to keep the sale.
  
  Fortunately, he did give me a refund, but there were issues even with that. Although he'd received my final payment about a month ago, he was unwilling to give a cash refund. In the end, my determination got him to write a check.
